built by award winning Pulte Homes. The
Sunset Ridge neighborhood consists of 115 homes
and 9 different floor plans ranging in size from
1418 sf to 2325 sf, and was built by both
Pulte Homes and KB Homes. And last but not least,
the Southstar neighborhood consists of 116
homes with four different floor plans ranging in
size from 1528 sf to 1900 sf, and was built by RS
Development, a small but high quality local builder.
Prices in Ridgebrook range
between the mid $300s up to the high $500s.
